By extending the legs, placing them at lower angles and/or moving the legs steadily and fluidly while pumping the arms you will take yourself to the next level. El Documental indaga en la breve historia (o «resurgir») de los coches eléctricos que tímidamente empezaron a dejarse ver por las carreteras de California a mediados de los 90. El motivo principal de su puesta en marcha fue la crisis de contaminación atomosférica de aquel estado en 1990 y que dio origen a una orden para impulsar la comercialización de vehículos no contaminantes (ZEV, «Zero Emission Vehicles») que debían suponer el 10% de todos los coches vendidos en 2003 en aquel estado. No utilizaban ni una gota de combustible –no directamente. Pero aquellos coches (de nuevo y la historia se repite) no lo consiguieron: unos pocos años después los EV1 de GM (Vehículos Eléctricos) dejaron de desarrollarse; los que ya había circulando fueron retirados y destruidos, así como que los puntos de recarga que se habían instalado a lo largo de todo el estado.
